One bedroom villa: sleep 4 and includes kitchen, whirpool tub, larger living space and washer/dryer

Two bedroom lock off (studio and one bedroom villa combined)

Three bedroom villa: sleeps up to 12

Atmosphere:

The Boardwalk Resort stirs up memories of the old-fashioned seaside retreat.  It includes a boardwalk (of course) that takes you along the beautiful water, and is within walking distance from both EPCOT and MGM.  The rooms are decorated in soft pastels with many blues to compliment the water views.  You will see seagulls flying overhead and smell popcorn and cotton candy as you walk along the boardwalk.  Don't forget to ride the slide at the pool!!!

The main lodge:

There is a convenience type store within the souvenir shop in the Main building of the Boardwalk that sells items like over the counter medicines, frozen dinners, bread, milk and other convenience items along with all of the other Disney souvenirs and some that are unique to the Boardwalk.

DINING

The Boardwalk offers many dining opportunities.  

The Flying Fish Cafe is a delightful, open and airy dining venue that features, you guessed it...seafood.  You will of course find many other types of food available here as well.

Spoodles is another delicious restaurant to try out at the Boardwalk.

If you don't feel like dining in, you can always order room service!!

AMENITIES

Many amenities are offered at the Boardwalk Resort and Boardwalk Villas.  The main pool offers a slide and hot tub along with a kiddie pool.  There is also a pool bar located next to the main pool.  The quiet pool over by the villas is just that quiet and a little more private.  There are many fun things to do at the Boardwalk.  We always enjoy taking a walk over to MGM for some quiet, pretty views and relaxation.  I believe it is about a mile over to MGM from the Boardwalk by food. 

You also have the opportunity to rent bikes and boats

Don’t forget to catch Illuminations over at EPCOT's World Showcase.  You can actually see some of the fireworks from select rooms at the Boardwalk.

This resort tends to be a favorite of many people. It is not likely to disappoint!
